These little sandy keys with turquoise waters, white sand beaches and coral reefs lie east of Fajardo and can be visited by boat only. Icacos is the best place to be dropped off for the day by water taxi because it is the largest, offers a little shade and more to explore. No facilities on any of these islands. Lobos has the best reefs and schools of Blue Tang you can feed. Palominitos is so beautiful in the afternoon but tiny and offers no shade.
